The rooms where nice and clean. Also the pool area was nice.

Stupid that you have to pay extra for tennis, squash, golf. Quite big surcharge Also so old fashioned that you have to pay extra for wlan

There are two swimming pools, one of which is heated. The garden is beautiful and there are many options for sports. View of the mountains and the beach. The hotel is near the highway. Food was varied and buffet style, so no need to wait (we had breakfast and dinner).

It's the typical hotel where people stay one week with all included. You get a bracelet when you get in and they cut it out at check out. If you're not the type of person for this kind of hotels, stay away! We stayed two nights and enjoyed.

We were very happy with our stay. There was alot of choice of food, the staff were very friendly and would definitely come back.

The all inc wrist band gets raken off at 12 on checkout. Our flight wasnt until 10pm so could have let us have it on longer.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and able to cater for your needs. All inclusive all the food you can have .The distance from the beach, The free shuttle to Las Americas.

The hotel needs updating, furniture was old, and had stains all over, this is the chairs , I am referring to. In the room, it was very basis, the television, channels remained the same only few, English song, was not able to get any movies. No kettle in the room, no iron and when you did request an iron, no ironing board. The food and drinks at the pool bar, was very low end, everything tasted like frozen food. All inclusive was fine but lack of fresh fruit , lack of dinner food at times cold, and pudding,.

The hotel staff apart from the receptionist and owner were very nice

Where do u start. It states 4 star but before I begin I will say that this is indeed a 2 star hotel. The only thing it has going for it is the spa which is not great to be honest. I booked this 2 day trip for my wifes birthday I mentioned this before hand and asked if there was anything nice they could do for me I would at least expect a little decoration in the room or some rose petals on the bed or towels done put in some form of style to welcome my wife. Now I Booked a room with a bath and spa access. Upon arriving to my room I find no bath to which I'm told they don't have baths in this hotel which was a lie. Also my room had no decorations whatsoever no menu, no book of contacts nothing not even a bottle of water. Now I reached down to check out the mini bar to find an empty fridge. I called reception to question all this to which I am told the hotel doesn't have mini bars but they have a fridge. I after pointed on the room description that it has a fridge and also a mini bar as well as a bath. The receptionist was really rude to us and said there is nothing she can do. I asked to speak to a manager to which she laughed and stated the manager was off today until the morning. Me and my wife then went over to the spa to book in our treatment which is part of the booking package. We are here for 2 days. Upon arriving at the spa we were told there was no space for any treatment for the 2 days we are there as they are fully booked, bare in mind we booked this package for her birthday to have some spa treatments as well as the spa and some chillout time in our room with our mini bar. I then went to reception to again question this, the rude receptionist then said what is our problem and sniggered before we explained the situation, she she gave a big sigh as if we were frustrating her with our problems before she rang the spa to find out the problem. Now I am British but my wife is latin Spanish.

Totally let down by hotel and booking.com Hotel was filthy, told can’t guarantee anything gluten free but still took my AI money. Nothing at all GF at snack bar Phoned booking.com whilst at hotel not interested either.

The leisure facilities were ok although the gymnasium was dated and equipment very worn. The spa looked nice and the surrounding pool areas and gardens were well kept.

The rooms are very dated and could do with being refurbished. Towels not changed once in 3 days.

Beds were ok staff fine anamation staff great. Food not the greatest

Dirty bathroom. Pan seat disgusting stain yellow dirty shower screen. No satilite tv as advertised no mini fridge bar. Had to pay safety deposit box this was all meant to be include. In price

The breakfast and lunch was lovely good fresh snacks around the pool. Evening meal abit disappointing. The spa was nice but an extra charge.pool was lovely and really friendly staff.

Entertainment was poor. Extra charge for the spa. Rooms were abit run down and dated.

Staff in bars and restaurants were very good, attentive and pleased to help,

After asking for a quiet room, we were given room 304.Rooms 301 - 307 are not quiet rooms as they are right under the terrace area to the pool where loud banging music is played throughout the day. Shower head in shower cubicle was broken and reported night we checked in but not fixed till day before we left after I slipped on dangerous shower tray which dropped each time you stepped on it.I gashed my arm on sharp end of tiles and it was very painful, badly swollen and bruised.After returning to the UK I have contacted my GP and my arm is fractured which will require further medical treatment. Aircon was dripping heavily on second day and created a large dangerous puddle which it also did 4 years ago when we stayed in the same room.The pillow slips are open both ends and don't cover the inner pillow so your head is resting on bare pillow which is not hygienic .When the cleaner did attend she took at best 3 minutes to make the beds and change the bath towels and hand towels but the soaking dirty floor towels were just left over the side of the bath.The hotel was mostly used by French tourists who we found to be very rude, like pushing in front in the buffet restaurant and elbowing you out of the way any time they couldn't get through a walk way.Also everything seemed to be aimed at the French, the pool area reps were all french and the games were mostly in French. The quizes on the terrace were only in French.So when we were asked if we wanted to play darts I replied that we're not french.The rep replied darts is in many languages....he shook his head at me as he walked away which I didn't think was a good attitude to have. The final insult was to be then told off by bar staff for taking a drink of our own WATER around the pool area, another rule which we were not told about.
